Fees to Engage

The fees to conduct an arbitration will depend on the size of the case and the aspect.

For all aspects of a case under $50,000 claimed by either party, my fee is $250/hour.

For larger cases, my fee is $350/hr for preliminary hearings (when administrative aspects such as dates, locations and evidence exchange are discussed), study time (the pre-hearing study of claims and other submitted materials) & case administration.   If the case is filed with the AAA, then their administrative fees apply.

For conducting the evidentiary hearings and the preparation of an award, my fee is $500/hr.

Cancellation Policy: If the case is settled, or postponed for more than six months, then fees are due for any study time or preliminary hearing time incurred.
