Professional Experience Gained

I am an experienced Arbitrator for high-technology and business matters, and can bring my experience to bear to help resolve disputes between companies, their suppliers & customers.

I have 45 years experience in a variety of high-technology firms,  including roles as chairman, chief executive officer, and president.  I have had responsibility for client and vendor contracts, business alliance negotiation, legal interface, marketing, sales, advertising, corporate finance, and international operations.

As chief technical officer, I have important technical accomplishments in data communications, computer graphics, video display systems, data processing systems, satellite date processing, systems and applications software, image recognition, image compression, computer peripheral devices, and industrial automation.

I hold 14 U.S. and foreign patents for commercial, industrial, and consumer products, including the world's first noiseless computer printer, a portable news-image transmission system, and an automated flow-rack batch order picking system.​  

I was the first prize winner of an international contest for inventors sponsored by Henkel & Co. (Germany).

I consult with high-tech firms and teach courses in intellectual property protection,  arbitration and presentation skills.
